This monochromatic scarf is woven in plain weave using a pick-up stick to create pattern with warp and weft floats. The Windowpane design throughout the scarf resembles lace and adds to the airy texture of the cloth. Designed with small rigid heddle looms in mind, this project is under 10” wide and only requires one cone of Duet Cotton/Linen to complete. Order a kit.

  • Rigid heddle loom
  • 10-dent reed
  • 1 boat shuttle + bobbin or 1 stick shuttle

Yarn

Warp: Duet Cotton/Linen, 220 yds Dune.

Weft: Duet Cotton/Linen, 185 yds Dune.
